Not sure what to say?

Maryalice and Family,

I can't begin to express how deeply shocked and sadden I was to hear of "Bern's" passing. My family has heard me tell stories of our escapades together at Del Val with our buddies Phil, Joey, and Mooner. I'll always remember the trips to Florida during spring break, streaking through campus, our meeting Mohammed Ali up at Deer Lake and Mohammed offering him the unenvious opportunity of being his sparring partner!! The last time we talked, he...

Maryalice I was shocked to hear of Berney's passing when you called last evening. It got me to thinking of the times Me, Berney, Pozzi, Moon and Joe had at Del Val. I regret not having spoken to you or Bern in almost 30 years. If Bern was as good a husband and father as he was a friend, I am sure you and the kids have had a great life. You and the children have my deepest sympathy

Maryalice, Melissa, Bryan, Jon, & Tyler,
We are shocked and saddened to learn of Jack's passing. He was a good man who made a lasting legacy in your beautiful family. We so admire you all. May you find strength in each other during this difficult time. Rest in peace, Jack.

Our best,

Maryalice, I am so sorry to hear about Jack. I will never forget the night you called to tell me of his death. I will always remember the good times we had on Carbon Street. Please know that you will always be in our thoughts and prayers. Ken

Maryalice, I am sorry to hear of your great loss. I too, like several others, am a 1971 grad of MAHS. I remember when I played CYO with St. Stans' against Jack. I was, at the time skinny and floppy haired, just the opposite of what I "grew" up to be today. I remember well both you and Jack had a very calm and gentle demeanor. He was one of Minersville's finest athletes back in our day.
I regret not seeing either one of you since we graduated so many years ago. I do get to...

Mary Alice and Family, My heart goes out to you at this time and the days ahead.

It's still with a sense of disbelief that I write this. I have known Jack for the last thirty years. We were in the Naval Reserves together where Jack had a very productive and successful career. When Jack started MCB we were possibly his first loan clients and have remained very active customers to the present. It was a relationship that benefited both of us. Throughout this time Jack was always pleasant and competent and usually had a joke or two. It is my feeling that he was taken too...

Ron, Maryalice and family,
So sorry to hear of Jack's passing...he was a great guy. My sincerest sympaty and prayers are with you.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and yours.
