Gone to soonMay all your favorite memories of Jackie help warm your hearts today and in the days to come...peace be to all...xoxoxo Kly Lesinski.

I was surprised and saddened to hear about Jack's passing. A life cut too short, indeed. I knew Jack in high school and shortly thereafter. He was a kind, and good-humored person. I hope your many fond memories of him help you through this difficult time.

Miki, Jack and Family, So sorry for your great loss. Peace and prayers for your family. God Bless. The Quillin Family

We are so saddened to hear of Jack's passing. He was always a friendly face and enjoyable to talk to all those years we spent at the softball fields. Our hearts go out to Michelle, Jack, Sarah, and Rachel. Sincerely, Mike, Kendra, Karalyn, Kait, Nate, and Nolan Eldridge

So sorry for your pain in the loss of Jack. Thinking of all of you. Ron, Sally, & Andy Barta

So sorry for your loss. We had some good times in the neighborhood when the kids were young. He was a great dad and husband and sorely missed.

To Michelle, Jack, Sarah and Rachel - I'm so very sorry to hear this news. My love and heart goes out to all of you as you move through this very difficult time. Prayers to you all. My favorite memory of Jack was on your Wedding day, Michelle. So much happiness and love on that day. I hope that memory and so many more through the years bring you some comfort.

So sorry to hear we lost a good friend. Many memories, always involved with the kids. He will truly be missed.
