John Thomas Chapman

Peggy, you and John have been frequently in my thoughts these last few months. I know that our time together has been limited to a few weeks on the gulf coast but the two of you have created forever memories in my heart. My last message from John was that he was focusing on his passing. Today, I searched for his obituary, fearful of what I might find and my fears were realized. I am so, so sorry for you and your boys' loss. Never underestimate the impact the two of you have made in my life....

Peggy and family I am so deeply sorry for your loss. I did not know all the amazing accomplishments John made in his life. Two of my favorite people always so positive and respectful and I think of you often.

John had an amazing spirit. Our talks at the Ascension Borgess Cancer Center where I work as a chaplain were always deep and meaningful. The staff and I at the Cancer Center are deeply saddened to learn of John's passing.
