Not sure what to say?

We first met John & Rose in May 1985 at a Lions Club Convention. We all served our own district as the governor. John was a true leader, as his peers elected him Vice Chairman of our State Council. We were very proud to serve with John & Rose. This was the begining of 20years of a great friendship, including many trips, visits, and phone calls. Even with his later medical problems, he was more concerned with others who had problems. John was a true friend and we will always love & miss him...

I would like to express my most sincere gratitude towards everyone who paid their respects to my Father. The outpouring of love for my Dad by so many in the community which he served so proudly was amazing. My parents may have not lived in the area for the past twenty years but obviously they lived in the communities hearts. It was a beautiful tribute to him. I know that my Mother was especially touched by the affection from our friends and neighbors. Thank you all once again for your...

I worked with John at the Phone Co for many years. He was a kind and good person. He will be missed by all he knew.

Our hearts are saddened to learn of John's passing. Although we have known John and Rose for a relatively short period of time we truly enjoyed our visits; breaking bread and will certainly miss John at our "card games."
John and Rose, you are in our prayers and now John can enjoy his much deserved "rest"
God Bless.

We have known John & Rose for the past 15 years, a realtively short time in their lives. We had many, many good times exploring antique stores on weekends and enjoying each others company on holidays and other special occasions. John and I warmed many a bench while the "girls" shopped and between the two of us solved the worlds problems. John was an exceptional individual and friend. We miss him. Rest well John, we love you and will never forget you.

To Our Dear Friend Rose and Family,
John will be greatly missed. We have had many good times together. He sure was one strong person and enjoyed life and what a good life he had with you Rose. He was a true friend.

Dear Rose and Family,
We were so very sorry to hear of John's passing. Our sister-in-law saw it in the Record and called. She remembered that John had been our neighbor on Park Circle. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. May all your wonderful memories of John help to ease your grief and bring you comfort.

John was a good man and a good father. He will be missed by one and all. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Crofoot family.
