Not sure what to say?

From young teenagers to ‘old’ teenagers John spent a lot of time hanging out at my house.
He always referred yo me as his first love.
He was kind and sweet and a valued part of the gang.
The world is a darker place without him

Dear Mrs. D, Bob, and Jim
I was saddened to learn of John's passing. But I remembered the great times my best childhood friend and I had - pick-up baseball games, camping, Boy Scouts, hunting with our Dads - and I am greatful for those times and memories and the friendship of a great man.
I will always remember John and cherish our times together.
Although we are sad we can take comfort in knowing John is in a better place today. My prayers are with you all until we meet again....

It was an honor to be allowed into Julie and John's life at such an important time. Julie gave great care to John for many years. And John gave so much of his life for our country. He was very brave. He was very loving. Julie, thank you for sharing John with us. Pat Rogers, LCSW

John was a special person and friend . we had many fun times at Bingo and gambling cruise ships. I will always remember his bravery and great sense of humor. You will be greatly missed My thoughts and prayers are with you Julie and family

John was the most courageous man I ever knew. He will always be an inspiration in my life.

WE ALWAYS WERE SO PROUD OF OUR MARINE. HE OVERCAME SO MANY YEARS OF HOSPITALIZATION & SURGERY DUE TO MORTAL COMBAT INJURIES & NEVER COMPLAINED. MARINE'S DON'T FEEL PAIN WAS HIS ANSWER.GOD BLESS YOU JOHNNY. LOVE & PRAYERS AUNT NORMA

I have fond memories of John; stopping at the Dobson house on Longfellow Court before going to elementary school, baseball games across the street in the Ensminger lots, garage band get-togethers in High School, among many great times. I will miss him, and always be influenced by his loyalty, endurance, and positive attitude.

Jim and Family. I am saddened to hear of the loss of your beloved John. He fought the good fight for many years. May he find peace and rest with our Lord.
