Not sure what to say?

I have thought of all of you daily since knowing that Judge Dowling passed away. My prayers and sympathies are with you at this difficult time. Lynn Kagel (formerly Neuman), Minnetonka, MN

Judge Dowling will be part of our family memories from a trial over which he presided when our sister was the victim. His compassion, extreme kindness and thoughtfulness to her will never be forgotten. He was a very special human being, a true Renaissance man. We are all proud to have known him - The Rodgers Family

He will be missed dearly by all those he touched. My heart goes out to Marnie, Michele, Joseph, Jr, Miranda, Andrew and the rest of the Dowling family. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

On behalf of the late Margaret 'Litza' Brown family (Brown, McKinney and Totten), we would like to express our condolences. Aunt Litza spoke very well of Judge Dowling and his family. It meant so much to our family when Judge Dowling and his family attended Aunt Litza's funeral services. May God comfort your family during your time of bereavement. We will keep you in our prayers. God Bless!! From the Brown, McKinney and Totten Family

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

I served many years ago on a jury at a trial presided by Judge Dowling. He was a just and fair man and struck me as being a good person. I was sorry to here of his passing. God Bless You, Your Honor.

As long as I live, I will never forget the hot dog play.

Love,
Andrea
