I unexpectedly lost my mother at the exact same point in my life as you have lost your father. I know the unbearable pain and shock you are feeling. I am sure you are surrounded by love and support right now, but please make sure you seek counseling, whether you feel like you need it or not. Trust me, you do.

Take Care,
