Not sure what to say?

I had many dealings with CW3 Helms during my assignment, was sad hearing of his passing. He was always looking after the troops and a really nice guy.

A soft spoken professional. We served together in Ogden, Utah.

Our sympathies to Mary, Tina, and the rest of the family. John was a very kind, caring man -- I remember that he was so nice to Grandma Ada. The world has lost another good person.

Our sympathy to your family Mary. I worked with John for a short period of time at the Credit Union and enjoyed having him as a part of our CU family. He was a very gentle and caring person.
