I always had the upmost respect for Mr. Henderson and as a former student at SHS when I joined Christ Lutheran Church, I fondly remember his saying to me, you don't have to call me Mr. Henderson, call me John. I could NEVER do it. He was a wonderful and caring man that we will sorely missed. The valentine newlywed game at church will never be the same without him and Marianne! Rest in Peace Mr. Henderson, you deserve it.

Mr. Henderson was such a great man. I had him for math when I was a student at HACC in the early 1990s. My math skills were horrible and he would meet with me one on one in his office to help build my skills.
