Not sure what to say?

Jim, I was so saddened to hear that your Dad passed away. All I can remember is the great times we had during baseball with your Dad coaching. Those memories bring back smiles and great times. John always had a smile on his face and was a GREAT man. My deepest condolences to you and your whole family.

Jim, I was so saddened to hear of your Dad's passing. I have so many fond memories of our baseball days when your Dad helped coach. I smile every time I think of those memories. Hope you and your family are doing well. Again my deepest condolences.

Dear Jim and family,
I send you my sincere sympathy for your lost. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

Greetings Jim!

Mary Jo (mom) and I wanted to extend our deepest sympathies to you and your family on John's passing. I have such fond memories of his coaching us in baseball (with and without the balance of the coaching battery). I will always remember him as a true gentleman with a warm heart and a great sense of humor.

Also, I have never forgotten that he sent me a handwritten note when I broke my leg in February of our 6th grade year and he told me to have my dad...

As a fellow Notre Dame Graduate, I will keep him in my prayers.
