Read MoreI feel I have known the Howe's my whole life. My Dad Jerry was on the Otsego Fire Department with John since before I was born. Debbie use to be one of my babysitters and I have witnessed John's sense of humor first hand. I adore John and Donna and he holds a special spot in my heart as my parents friends as I grew up. I am so very sorry and send my deepest sympathies to Donna and the rest of the Howe family.
