Not sure what to say?

I still have fond memories of chatting with General Kane when we would be tending to our respective yards. He, Sandra, and Matt were good neighbors.

I learned about Jack's passing only recently. We were friends at West Jr. High and Borah High. We were also in the guard together. My deepest sympathy to his family.

I became aware of General Kane's passing 3 days ago. I am so sorry. He hired me as his secretary when he was LTC Kane and I worked for/with him for at least 10 years. He wa a great 'boss'! I will miss seeing him and his family at lunch buffets here in Boise.

Mrs. Kane and family,
My husband and I purchased your house on Edna St. twelve years ago. We wanted to reach out and give you and your family our condolences. We are very sorry for your loss. God bless you and your family.

Magor Kane and Sandra were the escorts for my husband, Pete, and me for the inaugural festivities for many years. They were an inspiration to all of us in public office, for their friendship and caring. My sincere gratitude and condolences to Sandra and the family.

MG Kane was a brilliant visionary who prepared the Idaho Guard for the 21st Century. He was also an excellent leader who was able to make the mission happen and take care of people. He will be greatly missed.

We will meet you on the "high ground" General, as that is where you have always been. My sincere salute to you my friend.

Dear Sandra and family,
I just learned of Jack's passing from a friend in Boise and I wanted to send my sincere sympathy to you and yours. I remember with great fondness our times in Garden Valley. I know first hand how hard it is to lose your life partner. Take care of yourself and know I will keep you all in my prayers.
Fondly,
Marge Dalzell

Jack Kane served his country in an exemplary fashion. He was a visionary and a leader who believed in loyalty up and loyalty down. He was a proud and vocal advocate for the men and women of the Idaho National Guard. Well done, Jack. Carry on!
