John F. Kruczek, 74, of Whitehall, died Friday, December 14, 2012 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, Salisbury Township. Born in Shenandoah, Schuylkill County May 21, 1938, John was the son of the late John and Mary (Micholick) Kruczek. He was employed in the maintenance department at the former Bethlehem Steel Corp. for 30 years before retiring in 1995. He faithfully and honorably served his country in the U.S. Army during a peacetime era. Survivors: Son, John P. Kruczek and his wife, Denise, of Schnecksville; siblings, Judy Ross, Gerald Rudzinski both of Shenandoah, Edward Rudzinski of Frackville, Paul Rudzinski of Maryland; granddaughter, Shannon V.
