Not sure what to say?

This is a sad time for our country. My sympathy to his family. John Lewis was a friend of mine. Met him in 1981 when he ran for Atlanta City Council. Have remained engaged with his efforts on behalf of District 5. A wonderful man, a full life, he is missed, so missed. Bless you John Lewis, Rest In Peace ... we will take on the good trouble from here forward.❤

My heart aches every time I think of John's passing. Especially in these times, we needed his compassion, wisdom and heart. The legacy he created will surely live and love on with the young people he has mentored. My condolences to his family and those who were blessed to work alongside hi. I'm planning to get into some Good Trouble! Love, Light, Peace.

It will be released on August 28, 2020, the 57th anniversary of the March on Washington and Martin Luther King Jr’s “I Have A Dream” speech. John was the last living speaker on the program that
day. We are dedicating the call-to-action to the memory, life,...

I didn’t know you in person, but I thank you. Sleep in peace. I pray you help guide us in continuing this fight.

I consider myself a student of yours although you never formally taught me. The three or four times I met you, you always made it a point to teach me a lesson and remind me to get into good trouble. You spoke at my college’s graduation the year before I graduated and I was thrilled that our paths crossed again. I am and will continue to be so inspired by you and I miss your presence in this troubled world so deeply. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for encouraging me to continue on the...
