Not sure what to say?

I was doing some research and found that Mr. Minick had passed away. I am so sorry for your loss. I'll never forget the motorscooter rides and many words of encouragement over the years

My prayers are with you at your time of lost.
Jack and I worked together when the Macon "Yellow Page" sales force would come to Savannah and help us close out the book.
I wish I han known he had returned to Brooklett.
God Bless,
Tom Hansen

Thinking of you at your time of lost. My prayers are with your family at this time.

Dear Minick Family,

Jake was one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. In years past, he would always send me salmon from Alaska that he and his brother had smoked on shore after catching them.

And then the stories he and I would tell each other about the bream fishing that he loved so much. We would replay all the blunders his UGA Bulldogs made on Saturday, but yet look forward to the next home game.

He was a true southern gentleman, and I know...

To all of the family, I am so sorry to hear about Mr. Jake. I remeber being 12 years old and he would pitch to all of us boys playing softball in Vinson Village 50 years ago.
He will be missed.

Dickie, Elaine, Ms. Hazel.....I feel your loss, and I want you to know that memories of Mr. Jake and the rest of you will be fond ones. Our experiences, as part of a whole, paint clearer pictures than any philosophical load folks seem to dump on you at times like these. Feel fortunate that your lives have been enriched by Mr. Jake, and take every lesson with you....every single one..they will come in handy.

Love,
Bob Osborn
