Dear Erin, I am very sorry for your loss of John. He was always a pleasure to talk with at the store, he stopped and we caught up a couple of months ago at Fishers Landing. He will be missed.

Although you don´t know me, my friend, Cindy Fletcher, shared your story with her prayer warriors. I am so sorry for your loss and can´t imagine the pain you are going through. From the name of his last run and your St Patrick´s obituary, God is near and will never forsake you, your children, or your dearly beloved husband. I am praying for peace and comfort for you. I just shared with a mutual friend my poignant memory of John picking out Pink Floyd`s "Wish You Were Here" on his guitar in my dorm room at UW, just in case anyone is considering the musical score for his Celebration of Life. Many sad condolences from this fellow member of the generational Class of 1957.

Enjoyed knowing John. I met him about 1979. A classy fellow. Always friendly. Condolences to the family.

We are so sorry...John was a gentle, genuine soul that will be missed by all who knew him...our only cousin from our moms family he made us all proud to call him our family...RIP cousin...
