Reg allowed me work out in his gym back in the 70's. He enjoyed seeing us work hard and offered advice on proper technique. I owe a lot to him for the love of lifting that continues still. Rest in peace.

I met Reg while working as Hospital Specialists/"Drug Reps" at Univ.of Va. He was well respected &liked by Attendings/Professors & HouseStaff/Residents&Interns alike. We "lifted" & played rugby together. His wit & elan brought an added dimension to the Rmd Rugby Club.Reg & Audrey hosted several pig roasts which were a new cultural paradigm for many.Cheers & Blessings Mate! Sam & Joan Hall

Reg, thanks for the pig roasts, and making me laugh when I was little and for making me laugh again when my dad died. I wish I could remember that joke you told us about the parrot that cursed. But I do remember Feckless and your larger-than-life personality. You were a good friend to many.

Back in the late 50's a tall, good-looking man with a big, booming voice arrived on the avant garde scene. A skilled raconteur and full of fun, he brightened up a room---he OWNED the room. He was good at work & he was great at play. He got a lot out of life and life got a lot out of him.
Bon Voyage, old friend, hope to see you on the other side.

Uncle Reg was the first rugby player I ever met and it is no coincidence that I played for so many years. I am sure he is telling a grand story of his life in heaven. Rest in peace.

Reg was a giant to me as a child and even more imposing when I became an adult. His scope and interpretation of life was spell binding. He was the very marrow of the Roberts family.

So many years ago but the memories have lived on. Truly an honor to have known such a man and proud to have been a Rebel.
