Not sure what to say?

I think of John often, we got together in his condo in Bradenton, talking about everything esp.. greyhounds (and his famous one)...his WWII experiences as waist gunner on B-17's over Germany. He was a true patriot and will be with me in my memories.

Dear Renee and all of your family, We will miss your Dad so much. We all got to be great buddies at the Bayshore condo over the 21 years that we and my parents have been there (205). Both of my parents enjoyed and cherished his friendship. My husband Charlie would call him when we were north in Cleveland just to chat. My beloved mother passed away on February 5 of this year. Two great losses. God bless you and your family. Cynthia Charlillo Maynard, daughter of Michael and Dottie...

I spent time with John in his Bradenton condo back in the early part of 2000 ( 2003- 2006 prox). He was a true friend during those year. We had fun sharing bets at the Greyhound track. He will be truly missed. Bert Griffith, Western Springs, IL

Ross, Michele, Rene am sad to learn about the passing of your father. I had a chance to speak with him two years ago at Christmastime and he seemed to be doing fine. Wish I had a chance to see him again. Fond memories of him and his goodness. God bless you all at this sad time. Your former nieghbor on Audrey in Warren, Dave Klonowski and wife Mary.

My prayers go to John's family. I got to know John 5 years ago and he became a wonderful mentor and friend. I consider the times that I spent with him a blessing, and I will greatly miss him.
