Not sure what to say?

Marty and Nancy, I have been away and am only learning now of John's passing. My prayers are with you as you adjust to this loss. I remember John as a stalwart trustee at Judson University who actually read and understood the financial reports. He was was a velvet battleship who got to the point quickly but always was smooth and direct. I am grateful for the wisdom he shared with me and with Judson. We are richer for having John Smith as a part of our lives. I pray you will experience...

I was in the same high School graduating class (1964) with John at Radnor High School,Radnor Pa.An Outstanding athlete and all around good guy.Everyone really liked John.

My deepest sympathies to the Smith family. I am sorry that I could not make the celebration of John's life on Saturday. I hired John at Glenbard South years ago and it was one of my best hires ever. He gave so much of his time to the student athletes at South and his impact was huge. We are all better just for knowing John and he will be greatly missed.

I had the pleasure of coaching with John for many years. John left his mark on hundreds of young men throughout his coaching career, including my own children, and he will remain a part of all these young men forever. Our thoughts and prayers to all the Smith family.

Mike, you have my thoughts and prayers added to the respectful memories I have of your Dad.

Please accept my condolences on the passing of Coach John Smith, I was fortunate to know him over these last couple of years through my nephew, Marco and my brother Bill, both worked with John at Glenbard South. In that short time we made a connection and I realized how special this man was to so many people. He will be missed.

My thoughts and prayers to the family,

You will be missed

Was so sorry to hear this. I was just asking my husband about him two weeks ago. I worked with him at Fellowes many years ago. He was a good man. My thoughts are with the family.

From the entire ISG Team our sincerest condolences go out to you and your family. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
