Not sure what to say?

I just learned about John's dead a week ago. What a shock. Last time I saw him we were drinking a couple of beers at the bar at Doc Ford's on Sanibel. So young. Unbelievable. Rest In Peace John.

We will miss johns great wit and laugh. We loved being with he and Marissa at annisquam. His candle will shine in our hearts forever.

The last time I saw John we were laughing together about how Jack towered over me. He will always be remembered and forever missed. Sending lots of love to everyone.

With deepest sympathy to all the Spencer family and Marissa. There will always be a place in my heart and my prayers for John.

From next door neighbors to vacations and visits through the years, John made me feel like "one of the boys" and I loved it. So many fond memories of football games, hide and seek, beach time and bike riding. My condolences to the entire Spencer clan. Much love and peace.

In our youth, John was like a big brother to me, and I'll be forever grateful. My condolences for the Spencer family. Peace be with you

Remembering a thoughtful, kind and generous man.

RIP John... prayers for strength for family as well...
