John was a very important person in my life. We enjoyed many years together, in our young 20's. Finding out about his passing was a shock that really hit me hard. I guess I always assumed I'd run into him someday and we'd catch up about what directions our lives took, share photos of our families, etc. Knowing he left, at such a young age is so tragic. I just hope he found the peace he was searching for. It just doesn't seem right.
