Not sure what to say?

Dr Viscardi cared for all 5 of us when we were young. His steady hand was always there through broken bones, infections and stitches. I continued to visit him as my "primary physician" well into my college years! I will forever hold a specaial place in my thoughts and prayers for his warm smile.

Dr. Viscardi tried teaching me to swallow pills by replacing them with M&M's. Even with my eyes closed I always knew the difference! Came to my house many time when I was sick. Doctor's like that don't exist any more.
My prayers go out to his family and friends. Rest in peace.

Our great memories of Dr. Viscardi, as our pediatrician and our friend, go back many decades. We are grateful to have known him so well. It has been years since we were in close contact with the Viscardis, but we appreciate his legacy and how much he meant to so many in Manhasset. Our thoughts are with the Viscardi family.

Thomas S. Walsh and the Walsh family, New York, NY

Dr. Viscardi was our pediatrician (for myself and my siblings) for many years. I have very fond memories of what a wonderful and caring Doctor he was. I can still remember his smile and laugh which made going to the "doctor" not so bad as a child - even if shots were necessary! He made such a positive impact on our entire family. My thoughts are with his family at this time.

Of all of the Dads of all of my friends, there can be no doubt that the Good Doctor Viscardi had the most positive and lasting impact on me. The Viscardi home was, quite literally, a home away from home for me as a teenager. I will always remember the wonderful times spent there and for this I am and will always be grateful.

To the entire family I would like to wish you all the eternal love, joy, and unabashed happiness that was the essence of your father and his time with you. ...

I knew the instant I met Dr Viscardi that he and his wife Catherine had raised a loving, beautiful family. While watching them dance and laugh and pull people into their inner circle of real affection, it was clear that something special had been passed down the line: an infectious joyfulness of spirit. I know Dr Viscardi will be sorely missed. I pray for the entire family for everylasting memories, peace and the continuation of his charismatic legacy for living life to the fullest.

I knew the instant I met Dr Viscardi that he and his wife Catherine had raised a beautiful family. They danced and laughed and welcomed all into their inner circle. Dr Viscardi invited life to shine on him and shine it did as it reflected onto those around him with a joyfulness that brought happiness to many. He will be missed. I send my prayers to the family for memories everlasting and peace.

Having only met Mr. Viscardi a couple of times, our knowledge of how great a man he truly was, comes from the stories of him, through the eyes of his children. What a wonderful legacy he has left behind. In the words of the great Ernie Blake..." I pray that there is no reincarnation, nothing could equal the journey I've had, and everything else would be a boring encore."
Condolences to the whole Viscardi family.

Dr. Viscardi was a truly special man who lived life to the fullest. He spread love and joy wherever he went. I have nothing but wonderful memories of time spent with him and the family. Dr. Viscardi taught me so much about life, and how to appreciate family. He even gave me my favorite nickname... PT! He was a remarkable man who left a deep impression on everyone he met. I pray for comfort and peace for those left behind.
