My heartfelt condolences to the entire Watson fammily. John was our goaltender with the West Haven Blues and then later on with Randall's of the NHSHL. We had many fun times together and John was never at a loss for a funny Wats-ism.

Mary Ann & Vickie, I lost my breath when I read that John has passed away. We met while we were both playing high school hockey. John, goalie for the Green Dragons, I was the goalie for the Blue Devils. We played three seasons against each other. He bested me in the '66 state championship 3-2. A few years later we met again playing pick-up hockey. This time we were on the same team, playing defense together. As time went on our families became friends.
