Read MoreI am sorry to hear of John's passing. I worked with him for years as he was one of our regulators. He was always trying to help and even when he was regulating us he was a gentleman. I really liked him. My thoughts are with his family and friends.

John West was a larger than life character, who was always friendly, and always willing to help. I met him in college in the early eighties, and had multiple classes with him. He always made the day interesting. I am honored to have known him.
