We appreciate you so much for your efforts and willingness to restore this wonderful tribute to my grandfather, Donald Wise that was created by my uncle John Wise. My uncle John was an amazing human with so much love and devotion for his family! What a gift! It was an amazing accomplishment by my grandfather to fly 50 missions on behalf of and in service to our country and live to tell his stories. We are very grateful to you for your honor and support of our veterans. We...

Thank you so much for all you help in opening this back up. This is a real delight to the whole family. I hope all get to see this site that want to see it.

I didn't know John or his family. He had created a website honoring his father Donald which became defunct some time ago. I recently purchased the domain name he had used for it, and realized it may have had to do with military. So after some extensive research, I was able to restore the website that John had created in it's entirety. My father was in WWII as well, and I didn't want Johns tribute to his father to be forgotten. The website can be viewed at and I hope this...

I considered John one of my very special friends. I had the pleasure of working with John for the entire time that he worked for the Prosecutor's Office. He was a very wonderful man and brought joy to every one he worked with. John had that wonderful ability to make friends with every one he met. I shall always miss John very deeply. He was a wonderful teacher on so many subjects and could entertain us for hours at a time when we weren't working. Truly a marvelous human being and a...

John was alway genuine. I called him my friend because he was. I miss his friendship, laughter, and warmth.

Peggy Cresswell and I both worked with John at the Prosecutor's Office - how he stood working with three woman in that tight environment was amazing. He was always patient and helpful, truly a gentleman It doesn't seem possible that he will not be there when we visit the office. (We are both retired) He was truly a nice man and we will not ever forget him.
