Jolly Blue , 69, passed away on April 20, 2021, at his residence in Live Oak, FL. Jolly was born August 31, 1951 in Perry, Florida to Marvin Blue and Sarah Allen Blue.

Jolly was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Pisgah Baptist church, he loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and gardening.. Jolly worked with PCS phosphate company for many years.

Jolly was preceded in death by his parents Marvin Blue and Sarah Allen Blue.

Jolly is survived by, his son Marvin Blue, three sisters Wanda and her husband Danny Hudson, Rogenea Skipper, and Jane and her husband Eldon Sadler. as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services will be held on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at 4:00 PM at Burns Funeral Home of Perry with Bro. Danny Lundy officiating.  The family will receive friends from 3:00pm to 4:00pm, prior to the service on Sunday. All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
