Not sure what to say?

I think of Lt Jonas Panik each 9/11 anniversary after I met his family at a Barack Obama rally in 2008.
You are to me, the face of a hero who was sitting at his desk at the Pentagon when your office was ripped apart by terrorists. Ironically, you were literally working on the basement bombing of the twin Trade towers.
We keep your memory alive each anniversary and celebrate your life, cut short, in the service of our country.
Although I did not have the pleasure to meet you, I...

Jonas, it had been just a couple weeks when we said our goodbyes in the VQ-1 spaces and we headed off in separate directions for new duty stations. You truly represented what it meant to be an Intelligence Professional! Rest in peace my brother...

Sending our deepest sympathy to your family. Words will never remove your pain of loss but they do show that others still care. Daily may God give the strength needed to cope. Jonas touched the lives of many others and is still remembered fondly.

Merry x'mas

Your sacrifice and your well lived life will never be forgotten! Bob Muckensturm

Miss you Jonas , keep my brother In line up there.

Sending my prayers & well wishes to Jonas and his family.

Praying today for your Dad and for other friends and family members. Thanks for your service to our country. Much love from Texas,

I thank Jonas for his work and sacrifice. I met his family at an Obama rally in Columbus when then candidate Obama met the family of Jonas. I took a photo of Obama touching the head of a your family member.
