Not sure what to say?

Dear Mrs. Hale and Family: I learned of Dr. Hale's death yesterday when I went for a follow-up appointment at the Cleveland Clinic with my liver specialist. Dr. Hale performed my liver biopsy last September. He helped ease my fear and nervousness with his great sense of humor and professionalism. I am so sorry to hear of your family's loss. Please accept my expression of sympathy and my prayers for you and your family at this very sad and difficult time.

To Those Touched by Dr. Hale,

Although his earthly time was short, he touched the lives of many. From his classmates to family, co-workers, friends and patients; only now do we realize we walked in the shadow of greatness. We mourn together at our loss, but we shall never forget. In his memory, we should all strive to be a Dr. Hale; living life to the fullest, while giving all to humanity. Now when I scan, I will do so knowing that Dr. Hale is looking over Ultrasound, with a deep...

To the Hale family:
I was a classmate of Jonathan's at St. Edwards way back when and considered him one of the most intelligent, caring, unassuming persons ever met. I always strived to attain his level of participation in class, was challenged by him to excel in English (my poetry blossomed due to his help)and marveled at his way with people.
After high school our association continued when he interned at the Clinic where I was employed. We each moved on and I haven't seen...

I was a classmate of Jonathan’s at St. Edward High School and was saddened to learn of his death. We did not keep in contact after high school, however, I often thought of him throughout the years. In high school, he was also friendly, caring, and had a sense of humor. He was undoubtedly one of the most intelligent people I have met. From reading this guest book, it sounds as if some things did not change after high school. I was gratified to learn that he became a family man and...

To The Hale Family
I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Hale for the past 9 1/2 years. He has taught me so much. He was so pleasant when I asked him to be a reference for me for a new job. He always had a smile on his face and made you feel so good about yourself. I don't know why God needed him now but he must have great plans for him,to take him away so young. One day we will understand why. But for now all I can say is thank you to God for letting me know such a wonderful man. He...

Kathy,
Brian and I are thinking of you during this hard time. I know, from the other messages, that Jonathon was a wonderful, talented and loving doctor, husband and father.
Please accept my condolences.
Susan

Dear family,
I was so very sorry to hear of Dr.
Hale's passing.He was such a kind
and pleasant man, and always a joy
to work with. I have learned alot from him over the past 11 years in
the Ultrasound dept. He had a real
talent for scanning! I will sure miss him and think of him often...

To the Hale family,
Words are so inadequate at a time like this. May the comfort of friends and family be your strength now and in the days ahead. Dr. Hale was one of the kindest, most compassionate men I have ever had the pleasure to work with. In my years of working with him at the Clinic, he was never anything but patient and kind to everyone he worked with. He truly had the patience of a saint. He will be sadly missed by myself and everyone that knew...
