I met Joe Borrelli when he was a sergeant assigned to the Tactical Patrol Force. Throughout our careers we met now and then. After retirement we spoke a few times and I fully intended to visit him in Long Island but to my regret was unable to make the trip. I will miss him and all the tales he bestowed upon me. My deepest condolences.
