My sincere condolences to the Calato family. As a drummer I relied on the quality of Regal Tip for years. Years ago I wrote a detailed letter to the company concerning a problem. Joe called me personally to respond to the issue. We spoke at length as if he had known me all my life. A week after the call a large package arrived along with a hand written note signed by Joe which stated: "Hope I fixed the problem. Please enjoy these with my complements."
