My sympathy goes to every member of the Caruso family. I fondly remember Joe as a friendly and caring man. With 3 sons, there was always plenty of sports-activities going around the Caruso household. He'll be missed, but at least we know he's with his beloved Mary.

My deepest condolences to the Caruso family. It was an honor to referee with Joe when I was a young official. He was a great man and a sensational official.
Although I lost track of him over the years, I never forgot him. He was a friend and a highly respected man.
He will most certainly be missed.
