Jack, Ed, Pat and the entire family,

You always knew where you stood with Joe, and I for one admired his enthusiasm for life and determination to accomplish whatever he put his mind to....

It was refreshing to his friends and sometimes startling to strangers. We will miss him and our glory days together. JD will be out of town but I live in the Biltmore Estates and will walk over to meet you...

Dear Jack, Ed, Pat, and the entire family,

To say I have great memories of the Fitzgerald Clan is to be more than understated. A great family with great parents.

Joe was a big part of my high school years. You always knew where you stood with Joe, and one could only admire his energy and enthusiasm for all he did.

My condolences to all of you,
