Joe Gavin and basketball were synonymous. From his all-state playing days at Pennington Prep to his collegiate career at Temple, under the tutorlege of Hall of Fame Coach Harry Litwak, Joe eventually went on himself to coach the game for 15 seasons at Pennsbury High. And during that time he turned out some fine Falcon teams.
