Joseph C., Nov. 1, 2014. A Korean War Vet, past President of Local 1414. Beloved husband of Lorraine (nee Jewell), loving father of Donna DiLacqua (Anthony), Joseph V. (Katherine), and Jeffrey C. (Kimberly). Pop pop to Daniella, Bridgette, Jeffrey, Anna, Ryan, Matthew and Mollie. Dear brother of Anna Michele; uncle of John and Nancy. Relatives, friends, members of Local 1414 and other affiliated locals are invited to his viewing on Thursday 7-9 PM and Friday 8:15-9:15 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. (So. of Grant Ave.) followed by his Funeral Mass St. Martha Church 9:45 AM. Interment Washington Crossing National Cemetery.

I cannot believe its been 10 yrs sinse my best buddy past also my buddy buddy stremmel has past Who was also in korea

what a great guy.joe and i grew up togeather in port richmond.we were in korea togeather in 1957 i remember joe bud stremmel got togeather one time in korea.i remember joe had a olsmobile covertible and i had 49 ford,gas was 25 cents a gallon.i have lost a lot of my buddys sad to say
