My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Judy, I want you to know that you are an amazing sister! You were always a great advocate for Joe. Always by his side. Always holding his hand through the hard times. Joe will be greatly missed by so man.

I met Joe when he was an officer with the NPD. He told me if I needed an officer to ask that he come, and if he was on duty, he was there for me. He was caring and would listen, no matter what. When I worked midnight shift at Gas America, he would patrol the area because he knew I worked alone. One night in particular while I was stocking the coolers, he came in because he didn't see me up front when he went by. I never had to worry about feeling safe when Joe was patrolling. To the Hall family...I knew Joe through his work with NPD. He performed security detail several times for us at Roll-A-Way several years ago. He worked it so many times we all became friends. About 2yrs ago my oldest child, who Joe had known as a baby, had the opportunity to be one of his nurses at SharonBrook, he recognized her right away. Joe was a such a sweet man! He will missed by all. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.
