RACINE - Joseph Franklin High 80, of Racine, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 25th. Son of the late Walter and Tommie Lee High. Joseph was a lifelong resident of Racine and worked for 30 years at J I Case before retiring. He was an active member of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church where he sang in the Male Chorus. He is survived by his beloved wife Bonnie Jean High and their four children Joseph High, Gregory High, Anthla High and Tanger High. Funeral services will be held on Friday October 6th at 11:00 am at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church- 1120 Grand Avenue, Racine, WI 53403. Visitation is from 10-11 am with services beginning at 11:00 am. Viewing will be Thursday, October 5th at 3:00 pm at Reid's New Golden Gate Funeral Home-1910 Taylor Ave, Racine, WI 53403.

To the High family I'm so sorry for your loss. As a young girl growing up at St Paul I recall Mr. High singing in the male choir, he was a wonderful soloist and man. Joe's 30 year retirement party at JI Case

I was so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. I really thought alot of him. He and I were workers together in the Quality Assurance Department at the JI Case Co. i can't enough nice things about Joe. He was special to know. I know he will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathies and prayers to you and your family.
