Oh my heart. Wonderful love and Memories since I was 10 of Joe and Anna Lucy. Forever friendship through our families. So many Events shared as we kids grew under their example and tutelage too. What a sweet and brilliant giant in the REPP program who's legacy will live long after many nuclear power plants even exist. Thank you, Joe, for being our teacher, co-worker, mentor, and our friend. Joe was one of a kind for sure; had a memory like an elephant and was still sharp as a tack the last time I saw him. His influence on the REPP program will forever be felt; he was instrumental in the training of nearly all of us involved in REPP now. Thanks Joe, RIP!
