At the age of 84. Joe was born in Philadelphia, and moved to Tullytown, PA 16 years ago. Beloved husband of May E. Browning. Survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Monday 7-9 PM and Tuesday 9-9:45 AM at BURNS FUNERAL HOME 9708 Frankford Ave. (So. of Grant Ave.) followed by his Service 10 AM. Interment Sunset Memorial Park.
