Joseph Ashbrook Lord, III on Monday, June 17, 2013. Age 46. Father of Katie Ann Lord and Matthew Joseph Lord, both of Mullica Hill. Son of Joseph A. and Linda L. (nee Hahn) Lord, Jr. of Franklinville. Brother of Lisa J. Lord of Linden, VA and Stephen W. Lord of Franklinville. Uncle of Emma Morgan Lord of Linden, VA. Companion of Kathleen Gerstle of Gloverville, SC. Born in Berlin and raised in Franklinville where he was a 1985 graduate of the Cumberland Christian School, Joe was a resident of Gloverville, SC for the past 11 years. He was a member of the Pile Drivers and Divers Local 454 of Philadelphia and worked on dock building for eight years. Joe spent the last 11 years as a tree trimmer with Ennis Tree Service in Gloverville. He enjoyed whittling and made his mother and others canes. Joe loved to go fishing (both fresh and salt water) and shooting. His family remembers him as a kind person who shared whatever he had with others. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Saturday, June 22, 2013 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the BARCLAY FUNERAL HOME, 208 Maple Street, Clayton, NJ 08312.
