The Honorable Joseph S. Mandeville

I was shocked and sad to hear of Joe's passing. He left us far too soon. He was a multifaceted guy, who lived a rich full life.
Joe was a valuable mainstay in the Pomona District Office for many years, and his retirement was well deserved for his loyalty and many contributions to the adjudication process. He was one of a kind. May he rest in peace .
