JOSEPH MEEHAN

We met when I was 16 at O'Hara. We became life long friends. Had lunch at Treadway Inn a few years ago and talked on the phone many many times. I miss his voice and his humble approach to his priesthood. Love Jo Anne

Father Meehan was a true inspiration to me . He will always be in my heart. May his spirit continue to fill all our souls with love and compassion. Sorely missed.

FATHER MEEHAN WAS A WARM AND CARING PRIEST. EVERYONE WAS SPECIAL TO HIM AND HE TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE YOU FEEL SPECIAL. HE WILL BE SADLY MISSED! BUT I KNOW HE IS SITTING RIGHT NEXT TO GOD .

Our family had the privilege of meeting Fr. Meehan when our son was made parochial administrator of St. Francis of Assisi. My husband did remember him from his days at Cardinal O'Hara. He will be missed by many. A kind and caring priest. May he Rest in Peace. Our condolences to all his family and to those who were fortunate enough to know him. I have many wonderful memories of Father Meehan, my most favorite is my daughter's wedding. Don't know what he said to my daughter and son in law, but made them smile!

Father Meehan was a wonderful human being and priest. He was a friend of our family and said the funeral Mass for both of my parents. Rest in Peace Father Joe.
