Hello.....though I don't know any of your family, I happened across this obituary and the name rang a bell so I just wanted to pass along my sympathy. I was a student at Bloomsburg at the same time as Joe and though I don't recall how we met, we were friends and even dated briefly. It was shocking to read on the internet the obituary of Joe O'Neill. He was one of my teachers at Frackville in the early 70's. My sympathies to you his family.
