Not sure what to say?

Joey's death is made bearable in the reassuring knowledge my fondest memories of childhood and teen years are associated to him and all the fun we had together. A spirited individual now in the light of eternity, his being in memory remains as I hear now the musical sound we shared.

Cheryl, my sympathy to you and your family

RIP Joey. Your family and musical community will miss you. Kristine Wilson Ducharme (bluffton, SC)

Rest in peace my friend. Joe and I played in our 1 st band together at age 12. Even then Joe had the showmanship he became know for, a natural. Thank you for the memories!

Joe introduced me to the immense fun and intense challenge of playing in a band!! I'll be forever grateful that Joe was a friend, and a influential musician at a very important time in my life.

The music was always great....and now he has truly taken his stairway to heaven. God Bless may you rest in peace.

May your hearts continue to be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together.

I always loved listening to Joe and the guys play in school. Now he has a whole new audience. Rest in Peace, Joe.

Joe & I started music together in 1965. started by learning on 10 dollar Well's Dept. store guitar's and sang Beatle song's into broom sticks. he was my best friend, and my bandmate for many years. Joe was a natural and one of Lima's best entertainer's. Had an uncanny ability to listen to songs and figure out the cord progression and vocal patterns to a variety of genres of music. play for the angels Joe...they will love it as much as we did.
