Teresa and family; May Gods blessing be upon you.
Joe was blessed with a gentle smile and friendly face. I always felt good to see him. I know he will be missed by all of the family and his friends.
Fond memories upon everyone. With much love, Robert

Joe was one of the nicest persons in the fire dept. It was always great to run in to him during our careers. One of the BEST!!! God Bless Joe...BQ

Papa I am so sorry for the pain you went through. I know your alright now. Thankyou for being my father, my teacher, and my friend.
I miss you so much-Eds

Joe & I came into the department together in the same class. What a great guy. His courage was evident when we scaled the outside wall of the drill tower using "the sticks" together. This drill would strike terror in the heart of a window washer. To do that, with a fear of heights, Joe showed his strong personal courage and dedication. We all miss you, Joe.

Our sincerest condolences.

What a pleasure to work with Joe at both 12 Truck and Radio. He was a great guy, an excellent fireman, had a wonderful sense of humor, and always seemed to have a grin on his face like he knew something you didn't know. It was obvious he loved his family very much as he spoke about them often. My sincere sympathy to all for your loss. Rest in peace, Joe.

Dear Pardo family my thoughs and prayers are with you.

Peace & Blessings

Our condolences to Teresa and her family. I remember seeing Joe in his Class A Fire Department uniform 31 years ago almost to the day at my father, Downtown Bill's funeral. A classy man whom we will miss.

I always liked it when Joe was at radio-he was very good there and took care of business and looked out for the folks in the field. He was a very nice man!
