Uncle Joe will forever have a piece of my heart , I'll greatly miss not seeing him during my VA visits,...his smile , his sense of humor , his wonderful stories of days past as we shared a cookie or a piece of pie . Mr. Pipan was a great man. He is in a better place. I had the privilege of knowing the Pipan family and went to college with his daughter Catherine.
