Not sure what to say?

Dear Linda, Roz, and Daniel - my father was Ed Root and was your Dad's first cousin. I have never met you but my Dad spoke about cousins on the Root side every once in a while. I have been researching the Root family tree for many years and would be glad to share information. I can be reached at 471-1793 or at [email protected]. My condolences on your loss; I miss my father every day.

Dear Linda and family,

I am so sorry to hear of your precious loss. Your memories will keep his spirit alive in your heart.

Dave looked forward to the reunions and thought highly of both of you. I'd like to believe they are sharing a laugh or two in the afterworld.

My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Linda, Roz and Daniel

We were very sorry to hear of Joe's passing, are thoughts and prayers are with you.

We were so glad that we could visit with you and Joe in Florida in February and renew our old friendship. The years seem to fly by so fast and memories seem to fade but we will always hold fond memories of both Joe and Linda.

Dear Linda, Roz and Daniel,

Polly and I were verey sorry to hear about Joe. You Cato people were always a good source of fond momories when we had a get together. Jack Hughes and I were taking a short trip down memory lane the other day regarding the time I stuck a rather large fishing lure in his head (a creek chub) in the pond behind your house.
Joe was the my first boss, hiring me for my first job out of college. We had a lot of good times, both at work and at the farm. ...

Dear Linda, Roz & Daniel,
Words cannot adequately express our sorrow at this time. I firmly believe however that Joe's spirit will forever be at Cross Lake riding his John Deere tractor. Joe's wit, intelligence, kindness and love/loyalty to his family and friends (especially to the love of his life, Linda) were just a few of the qualities that I so admired in him. We miss him so much, already. Love always, Carolyn, Alex & Frankie

Please accept the sympathy of Le Moyne College on the occasion of the death of your husband. Be assured of our prayers for him, for you and for your family.

Linda, Roz and Daniel:
My prayers and thoughts are with all of you. Joe was a very special man and for me, one I will never forget. I knew summer had started when Joe and Linda were at camp, especially Fourth of July. His spirit will be forever at Cross Lake. Rest in peace, Joe.
