Joe was an "Agents Agent." Wise in the ways of the Bureau. Always with a smile. Whatever FBI Headquarters or life threw at him he'd shrug and carry on. I recall seeing him after work one night pecking away at a typewriter. He was writing a congratulatory letter to one of his friends that was retiring.
