Joseph Shields

Mr. Shields was the father of one of my oldest friends, and long-time BFF, Caron. Caron always called him "Joe", so I did too! During my adolescence, I spent a lot of time with the entire Shields family and have so many fond memories of fun with them. I was very fortunate to spend time at their place on Lake Charlevoix, boating, fishing, swimming, hiking and snowmobiling. Joe and Marilyn were always welcoming and generous toward me. My condolences to the entire family.

Dear Caron and family,
I am so sorry to read of your father's death. Losing a parent is difficult. I have fond memories of being at the cabin with your family and my 13th surprise birthday party at your house. Hugs to each of you.

Joe was one of my favorite and nicest clients in my 38 yrs at Yeo & Yeo CPAS. I always enjoyed talking to him even after he retired and they moved up north. My thoughts and prayers are with Marilyn and their family.
