Mrs Tyrone and family, I was very sorry to hear of Joe's passing. Working with Joe as a partner in the welding gang at S. P. Kinney Eng. was a true pleasure. Joe taught me alot about the trade and was always eager to teach me new things. He will always be in my thoughts and prayers.
