There are no words that can truly express how I feel. I received word late Monday afternoon that Joe had passed. This did not allow me time to attend the services, for this I am terribly sorry.

Joseph Vaccaro was a very kind and generous man. I have been friends with his daughter Stacey since we were 6 yrs old and now we are 34.
